DOGO / Brand & Digital Launch

Brand, website & sales assets for your launch

One direction, from the product story to the first commercial conversation.

Positioning, a complete core identity, a custom-designed and custom-coded website, and the agreed materials for your commercial launch.

Business, audience & commercial milestone

The conditions for a useful launch engagement.

You are launching, repositioning or bringing an established business into a new market. We start with the audience, the offer and the materials you already have, then agree the identity, website and launch work that supports your next milestone.

A direct working relationship

Edward leads the creative direction and stays your point of contact. Where the agreed scope needs specialist input, responsibilities and availability are established before commitment.

A scope that fits the milestone

We connect positioning and identity with the same custom UI, custom code, simple management portal and native SEO, AEO and GEO foundations as Commercial Website. Content production, languages and integrations follow the agreed brief.

What the launch brings together

One creative and technical direction. An agreed scope for your business.

Two consolidated review rounds per design stage. Creative directions, applications and approval responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.

The proposal defines the identity system, website architecture, content types, languages, launch applications, functionality, review stages and price before work begins. There is no preset page or layout quota. Existing assets are reviewed first; copywriting, photography, motion, original 3D, naming and packaging are selected and costed against the actual need. E-commerce checkout, payments, order management and complex operational integrations require a Custom Systems scope. Hosting and third-party services are itemised separately. Search foundations do not guarantee rankings, indexing or AI citations.

  • Positioning & messaging: audience, value proposition, offer structure and the messages that guide the launch
  • Brand identity & art direction: an original visual system, logo, typography, colour and practical application guidelines
  • Custom website: original UI and custom code, with journeys, pages and dynamic layouts defined around the agreed content and business needs
  • Simple management portal included: authenticated access to create, edit and publish the agreed texts, images and showcase catalogue entries
  • Native SEO, AEO & GEO foundations: semantic public content, crawlable routes, metadata, internal linking, sitemaps and appropriate structured data built into the architecture and code
  • Launch materials: a selected set of campaign, presentation or sales applications, with formats, quantities and production responsibilities agreed for the project
  • Delivery & handover: responsive implementation, agreed integrations, browser and accessibility checks, measurement setup, publication and operating instructions

How the project moves from brief to launch

  1. 01

    Fit and priorities

Share the product, market and next milestone. An initial conversation establishes the useful scope and the people who need to be involved.

  2. 02

    A written working agreement

Deliverables, dependencies, review rounds, acceptance checks, source files and payment milestones are agreed before production.

  3. 03

    Visible work and focused reviews

Edward leads the creative direction and remains your point of contact. Written updates and scheduled reviews keep decisions explicit across time zones.

  4. 04

    Launch, handover and evolution

We check the agreed journeys and deliver the implementation, files and operating documentation. Ongoing work is scoped around the next priorities.

Launch scope & delivery questions

Do we need to purchase Direction before a launch?

The initial fit conversation is free. DOGO Direction combines strategy and creative direction in a bespoke Direction Book, with one developed concept across two agreed applications. It is useful when defining how to position and present a launch, repositioning or priority offer. A clear brief can move directly into a production proposal; Direction is optional. Any completed direction work reused in the launch is accounted for rather than charged twice.

Can our existing engineering team stay involved?

Yes. We agree who owns the marketing site, product interface, content system and integrations. Your engineers can retain product ownership while DOGO leads the brand and commercial experience or delivers specific implementation work.

What does built-in GEO mean?

The SEO, AEO and GEO foundations are built into the architecture and code from the outset: public content rendered as semantic HTML, crawlable routes, content models, metadata and canonical rules, sitemaps, internal links and appropriate structured data consistent with the visible information. This is implementation, not a last-minute optimisation pass. A strategic content launch or ongoing search programme can expand the coverage. Code supports discovery and understanding; search and AI platforms determine indexing, rankings and citations, which cannot be guaranteed.

Can we expand the project beyond the starting scope?

Yes. Additional markets, a larger website, product visualisation, motion, packaging, editorial systems or integrations can be combined in a tailored proposal. The scope and budget reflect the actual production and technical requirements.

How do we work together remotely?

We work from Bologna and collaborate in English. We agree a decision-maker, written progress updates, review milestones and practical overlap windows for calls. Project dates and specialist availability are confirmed in the proposal.

What happens after launch?

Creative and digital capacity, search and content programmes, and technical maintenance can be scoped separately. Each has a defined workload and owner. Operational support and incident-response expectations are agreed explicitly.
