How your enquiry is handled
Preparing or copying an email draft happens on your device. It does not submit the information to DOGO. Sending that draft uses your email application.
When direct website sending is available and you choose it, the form sends your name, email and project details to DOGO’s server. A spam check is verified through Cloudflare Turnstile; transactional email is sent through Resend to studio@dogostudio.it. The notice beside the send button identifies that route.
We use the information to review and respond to your project enquiry, not to register you for a newsletter. Any source/campaign labels in the current page address and the referring website’s hostname may accompany the message. We do not store the brief in browser storage or put message content in server logs.
Email records are handled in DOGO’s mailbox and the delivery service. You can ask about your enquiry or its deletion at studio@dogostudio.it. A delivery reference confirms the mail service accepted the request; it is not proof that an email has reached an inbox.
